you will be assisting the digital teams by analyzing various digital related initiatives through having fundamental understanding
of digital marketing programs and technologies as well as social media strategies and to have some
knowledge about graphic design (UX,UI).
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Gather, elicit, analyze and set business requirements for new services, features, cycles and platforms channeled across the organization from but not limited to: Marketing, Sales, Commercial Support, Finance, Business Excellence, Customer Experience, Mada and Zain Cash, by managing overall delivery cycle of roadmap items ever since concept do-ability checking ending up with functioning deliverables, as well as supporting technical teams throughout implementation phases by providing assistance and further elaborations when needed.
- Minimize the operation by utilizing RPA.
- Facilitate the communication between different functions in the company by acting as a liaison between all various units in the company.
- Gather information from different sources, breaking them down into discrete, smaller and easy-to understand sequences and parts outlining critical relationships.
- Work effectively with vendors by managing and controlling vendor relationships in an adequate manner.
- Assist digital teams by analyzing various digital related initiatives through having fundamental understanding of digital marketing programs and technologies as well as social media strategies.
- Advise regarding best user experience while evaluating design requirements to guarantee exceptional, intuitive and eye catching application design.
What Do You Need to Qualify
The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:
Holding Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience.
Required Technical Skills:
Should have some knowledge about graphic design (UX,UI).
Should be able to easily change course and adapt quickly.
Ability to analyze data and draw insights (Funnel analysis, dashboarding, tagging).
Ability to analyze user journey across all digital channels.
