• A university degree in #civil_engineering or #architecture.
• General construction #experience not less than (15) years, out of which at least 10 years in implementation or supervision or both, (10) years in building projects.
• The practical experience must include at least two (2) projects as a #construction_supervision project manager in construction of #schoolss, #hospitals, #public_buildings) with at least one project with multiple scattered sites.
• Must be fluent in English, a proof of level IV English is required (TOEIC, TOFEL, ILTS).
• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Very good knowledge in construction contract conditions, claims, scheduling and construction management skills.
• #Jordanian_Nationality is a must.

One of my clients in Amman, Jordan is looking for
Office Manager
Responsibilities :
- Handle all of administration work, follow-up of staff management, and health insurance.
- Monitoring of warehouse, categorization of production, carrying out business purchases, and pursuing expenses of the fund.
- Monitoring of daily sales and transactions with customers.
Inventory of daily Kiln (pricing and inserting an item card for each item) and supervising the annual inventory in the exhibition and warehouse.
- Receive customers and respond to incoming company phone calls.
- Direct and indirect selling (retail or Wholesale), register and follow up on special customer requests within and outside the company with shipping companies
- Display the new items in the gallery after pricing.
- Quality Control to identify defects after a product is produced and before it’s released.
- Perform inputs with systems and software applications.
- Deposit of daily sales with bank accounts.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in any related field (advanced university degree is a plus).
- 10 years of experience in any related field (7 years of which are in a managerial position).
