1- Financial Director
- Requirements:- 10-15 years of experience in relevant field, at least 3-5 of which are in a similar managerial role- Experience in service providing companies, preferably in Shipping and Logistics or in Big 4 accounting firms with engagements related to Shipping and Logistics- Experience in managing the finance function of a Holding Group of companies- Ability to lead and manage projects effectively- Bachelors in accounting from an accredited university as a minimum. Masters, CPA or CMA qualifications are preferable- Strong knowledge in IFRS- Strong knowledge in using ERP systems, SAP experience is a plus- Strong knowledge of the Jordanian tax and business laws and regulations- Strong cash management skills- Experience in budgeting and planning- Strategic thinking- Strong leadership skill with experience in leading a big number of employees- Strong communication skills- Strong capabilities in using excel functionalities and other MS office functionalities- Strong presentation skills- Knowledge in risk management and finance best practices- Maintains strong ethical culture and secrecy of business information
2- Warehouses Operations Manager- Naouri Group is looking to hire a Warehouses Operations Manager. The warehouses are located in Thuheibeh area (Amman Development Corridor) and in the Airport Free Zone.Following are the job requirements:Must haves:
- 1.5-8 years of experience with a 3PL service provider. Some managerial experience included.
- Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferably Infor SCE
- Very good knowledge in the local market.
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management as a minimum.
- English proficiency.
- Strong capabilities in using excel functionalities and other MS office functionalities
- Flexibility – our team is growing and responsibilities may overlap.
Good to haves:- Experience with a multinational 3PL service provider.
- Knowledge in other logistics-related services.
- Strong communication skills.
