BCI Group is looking to hire Branch Supervisor
with BSc Degree in Business Administration 5-7 years of Exp , below Duties
• Approves the defected part form for the parts that were already defected from Samsung
• Mentors the new comers and does proper orientation and provides full technical training.
• Monitors the availability of the stock of the pending parts set on a daily basis according to the pending daily report from the Forecasting & Ordering Supervisor

Arranges & manages assigning process, in coordination with back support, according to the type of defects and number of opened jobs for each technician
• Monitors opened jobs on a daily basis to avoid any LTR job according to the pending report from the technical supervisor.
• Identifies the needed resources and assigns individual responsibilities
• Monitor the one hour repair & express cases
• Support the customer care agents via handling the customers upon branch need
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Trains and coach customer care agents
• Manage all financial daily transactions
• Follow up all financial transactions related to the field support officer.
