.A Leading International company is looking for a full time Accountant :Required Skills

– Computer Skills (Microsoft office & E-mails).

– Excellent communication skills.

– Organized & time managed.

– Excellent written & and spoken Arabic & English.

Job Summary:

– Responsible for the financial activities in the company including the invoicing & collection of payments process, closing & filing invoices properly, petty cash management, etc.

– Also responsible for preparing necessary sales and financial reports required by the General Manager and the accounts department.

– Responsible for ensuring proper recording and accounting of all transactions of the company.

– Prepares with utmost care and accuracy all credit, cash, invoices after examining closed job cards and attached requisitions and invoices.

– Maintains records for all invoices and transactions of of the company properly organized and accessible.

– Verifies petty cash for of the company and other purchase vouchers.

– Prepares work in-progress reports in addition to pending jobs reports on monthly basis for the company in order to be submitted to the General Manager.

– Assists Chief accountant in preparing expenses allocation reports (labor, lubricants, consumables, etc) on monthly basis.
